• • AurealOne does not operate as a gambling platform. Any participation is strictly based on skill-based competition.

• • You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and wallet keys. AurealOne is not liable for any unauthorized access.

• • Participation in all games requires an entry amount i.e DLUME
• • Payments are processed via supported cryptocurrencies and smart contracts on our platform.
• • All transactions are recorded on-chain and are irreversible. AurealOne does not have the ability to reverse, modify, or cancel transactions once executed.
• • Transaction Fees: Gas fees or network charges may apply and are your responsibility.
• • Refunds: Due to the immutable nature of blockchain transactions, AurealOne does not issue refunds for completed transactions.

• • Players must engage in fair play. Use of bots, cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software is strictly prohibited.
• • AurealOne reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts engaged in unfair practices.

• • All game outcomes, results, and transactions are secured and verifiable on AurealOne's hash-based system.
• • AurealOne strives to ensure transparency and fairness in every competition.

• • All content, branding, software, and design elements of AurealOne are owned by or licensed to us.
• • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

• • By participating, you acknowledge the risks associated with digital assets, including but not limited to market volatility, transaction delays, and potential smart contract vulnerabilities.
• • AurealOne is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• • AurealOne disclaims liability for any financial losses, indirect damages, or issues arising from the use of our Platform.

• • AurealOne does not encourage or permit participation where prohibited by law.
